Most importantly, she shows us how to "brake", or quickly stop. Who would have thought there are so many  techniques? On the trampoline as a child, you will not think of such things.
The basics, we embarked on a number of difficult moves, such as spears, tucks and rotation turns. My favorite is when we do  "sit", where you get your ass beat trampoline and bounce.
All in all, we have so much fun, this class! Sometimes, this is a great cut loose, and once again like a child. Not only that,  but it is a fantastic exercise. I was so sore the next day! We have decided next time we will head back to check their free fall  sports, get to do stunt work is what it's like the taste.
